Nuttin Fancy Return & Refund Policy (Food Products)

Opened/consumed items: Not eligible for return or resale for safety reasons.

Unopened items: You may return unopened, undamaged jars within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping unless we made a mistake.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email dragoongeneralstore@gmail.com
 within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace the item or refund you.

Allergies/taste: We can’t accept returns due to personal taste or allergy sensitivities; ingredients are listed on each product page and label.

Sale items/gift cards: Final sale.

How to return: Contact us first for an RMA. Ship returns in original or equivalent protective packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once received and inspected.

In-store purchases (Dragoon, AZ): Exchanges for unopened items within 14 days with receipt; opened items only if defective/damaged.
